In fact, our technology and execution promises noticeable positive results within the first 60 days, no matter what situation we are in initially. This lowers revenues to us, but increases word of mouth referrals which keeps our marketing expenses below 2% of gross revenue every year.

This is #1, our guards are trained to confront and peacefully dismantle any activity that is against rules and expectations. Not every situation is easy and with escalation, experience and training becomes proof of handling issues.
Every guard is reviewed by the owner of the company to preserve the image, ethics, and company policy the company stands by. All have either military, police, or security background.

Our technology is proprietary which means we created it so we control it. We do not reply leasing 3rd party software which allows us to customize our system to each property. Several features that is unique relating to security is the ability to see our vehicles/guards live while on property, as well as communicate with them if something is needed.
We service over 300 properties with 74 different management companies with high contract retention and rapid growth due to the demands of our services.
